CONVEY CURE 800 is a laboratory oven, designed for the installation of one or two DROLED UV LED L70 series lamps, placed side by side, to obtain an irradiation of 80mm or 160mm.
Possibility of positioning also 2 lamps in a row if an higher UV dose or two different wavelengths is needed.
- Equipped with a conveyor belt made of Teflon-coated fiberglass, resistant to heat and UV radiation and perforated to allow the suction and stabilization of light objects.
- Adjustable and removable centering guides. Its speed is adjustable, and the direction of movement is selectable.
- The oven is equipped with a display to view the settings.
It is used for UV curing processes that require greater intensity or the presence of mixed wavelengths in a single system.
The system has been chosen by some companies in the packaging and cosmetics sectors to increase productivity and ease of processing.
