In many industrial fields, during the component assembly operations, the use of a UV adhesive confers remarkable practical advantages to the user.
The UV adhesive is always single component, it is easy-to-use and to dose with manual or automatic systems, it always remains in its liquid form at the same viscosity during the components assembly operations and it only polymerizes when it is illuminated by the UV LED lamp.
The compact UV LED lamps Spot Led and Iris Led allow to polymerize quickly the UV adhesive, also in manual applications performed by the operator.
On the machines for the automated assembly of mechanical parts, the UV adhesive allows to simplify the process and to increase the productivity, thanks to its instantaneous hardening rapidity.
In addition to adhesives, single-component UV products are used to carry out the sealing of components or total impregnation (potting).
