FEATURES

The machine has been designed for the polymerization / drying of inks and paints with UV photoinitiators (also called in the international UV Curing jargon), in the screen printing of cylindrical containers in general (bottles, flacons).
UV radiation is generated by the latest generation of DROLED UV lamps with LED technology

LED technology UV lamps are replacing traditional mercury ones in many UV curing applications, due to their advantageous features:

Energy saving.
Absence of ozone.
It does not contain mercury.
Integrated air cooling.
Instant switching on and off: no electro-mechanical / pneumatic shutters.
Variable power from 1 to 100%.
Low infrared emission: no overheating of the support and therefore no problem of printing on thermosensitive materials.
Extremely superior lamp life: estimated from 20,000 to 40,000 hours.

The machine is available in two versions:

UV-SAFE mini (L version) equipped with L75 - L76 DROLED UV Led lamp with contituous power regulation (from 0 to 100%).
UV-SAFE mini (Spot version), equipped with Spot Led 15 or Iris 70 lamp.
