CYL STATION consists of a loading/unloading automatic carriage and a curing chamber with DROLED UV LED lamps.

All operational settings such as operating cycle data, intensity of the lamps and the details of the container, are managed easily through the touch screen.

The benefits of using CYL STATION for the UV LED curing in the printing cycle are many:
- UV LED CURING: UV LED polymerization is immediate, with no overheating of the support and low energy consumption.
- PRINTING QUALITY and DEFINITION . UV LED printing has a higher brightness and a better quality in the definition of micro-characters and small lines or details. The final result is constant for each production batch thanks to the UV LED ink that does not lose solvent
- LED inks replace the traditional solvent inks, are VOC free, remain fluid, always ready for printing and they do not get dryed on the frame
