From simple quartz tubes to finished UV lamps, they produce all components at their headquarters in Birstein (Germany), Hesse's own production.
From their decades of experience, only components that are perfectly coordinated with each other guarantee optimal functionality.
According to this philosophy they not only produce emitters for their own devices, but also MH and mercury emitters for ink drying, for special applications and replacement emitters for devices from other manufacturers.
Lamps are divided into these categories:
TR/TRS: short arc UV lamps for UV exposures, doped with Gallium, Iron or Mercury
TRO/TROS: UV lamps like TR/TRS but with low ozone emission (ozone-free)
TRQ/TRQH: UV Curing lamps, various lengths up to over 2 meters, power 80/100/120/150W/cm and more
KX: Xenon lamps
Models equivalent to almost all existing manufacturers are available.
