TORCIA UV 400W portable lamp has been designed for curing products with UVA and/or UVV (ultraviolet visible) rays and is particularly suitable for the professional car repair and finishing market (Spot Repair cycle).
The specific radiation allows a rapid curing of the UV products .
The painted aluminum body is compact, light and easy to handle. TORCIA UV 400W can be used manually or fixed on an additional stand, on which it is possible to install up to 4 lamps.
WARNING: In case of manual use, it is mandatory to wear personal protective equipment (protective clothing, glasses, mask and gloves).

Curing area
The most important feature in UV Curing lamp is the coverage area and consistency of radiation.
TORCIA UV 400W covers a square area of about 30 centimetres with an consistency of 30mW/cm2, this means:
- Fast curing times for UV products (between 1 and 3 minutes)
- Low heating temperature
Optional stand support
Multiple lamps can be used to cure UV products on very large or three-dimensional surfaces. Thanks to this stand the lamp can be adjusted in height and inclination for a better position of the UV source near the surface. It also facilitates its use by the operator who can move away during the exposure.
The additional stand is designed for fixing:
- 2 lamps, placed side by side horizontally or positioned vertically
- 4 lamps
Is composed by a solid base in painted iron with wheels and an arm adjustable in height and inclination, for the best position of the UV source near the surface.
