CylStation oven - UV Led curing print on cups

The CYL-STATION UV Led oven for drying printing on containers has aroused great interest in operators in the sector, mainly for the flexibility in adapting to the various types of containers to be printed, without the need to use special additional accessories to keep the pieces being processed  in the correct position. In fact, the Cil-Station easily adapts to any height and diameter through easy adjustments.
Very interesting is the possibility of using the oven also in the printing of cups. In this case, the presence of the handle is an impediment in performing the rotation of the container to carry out the complete UV drying process.



Using the Touch-Screen it is possible to select a “recipe” with the settings dedicated to cups or mugs with handles entered.
By setting the function using the dedicated icon, the system instead of rotating the container in the same direction, makes it rotate clockwise and counterclockwise. The degrees of rotation can be set by program, so that the UV drying process is completed on the entire print, maintaining the correct distance between the UV lamp and the surface to be exposed, preventing the handle from hitting the lamp itself.

                                                                                  



The screen displayed, allows you to set the numerical values in the corresponding boxes:
1. Plates speed (in meters / minute), to have a speed measurement unit similar to an UV curing oven with a linear conveyor belt.
2. Plates number turns. Set 2 or more turns to get a complete drying of the print. Turns are established making some preliminary tests on samples. Note: one turn means a clockwise and anticlockwise rotation.
3. Rotation Degrees. Set the degrees necessary to cover the entire container printing.
