UV LED technology allows you to print narrow-width media in an optimized way.

What does it mean?
It means that this technology can be applied for the UV drying of inks in a variety of printing ovens on even very small materials, such as labels.
UV LED curing technology is ideal for a variety of label printing applications, enabling end users to print high-quality material at maximum speeds. Label printing can be used for beverage, household, medical, personal, promotional and many other industrial markets. UV LED curing shows measurable advantages in higher productivity, lower energy usage, while utilizing thinner substrates with improved adhesion along with clear environmental benefits.

In particular, Photo Electronics' Droled UV LED lamps are used in machines for printing and decorating labels on reels, for the UV curing of screen, digital or flexo inks, and are advantageous because:
• have a low heat emission, which allows you to process heat-sensitive films and labels. In this way the material is not damaged and perfectly preserves the print quality.
• allow optimized operation and energy and cost savings. In fact, these lamps and this technology turn on only in the irradiation phase of the support, while during the printing phase they can remain off.
• The intensity of UV emission is variable continuously. Therefore it is possible to vary the power (and therefore the consumption) according to the materials being processed.
