PARQUET TREATMENT WITH UV OIL

DROLED UV LED lamps allow instant drying of UV LED oil on parquet and wooden profiles.
The product is spread, brushed and cured by UV rays. The treatment allows to obtain a resistant product without affecting its naturalness.
UV oil impregnates wood fibers.
In oil-based finishes, unlike varnishes, oil does not cover the surface, but impregnates wood fibers. This mechanism allows to preserve the aesthetic characteristics of the wood that in this way takes a natural color.
The UV LED oil is formulated to avoid excessive heating of the wood, with consequent deformability of the strips and has the same chemical-physical performance of traditional acrylic polyurethane products, but with a reduced content of VOC (volatile organic compounds), in compliance with the rules for reducing atmospheric emissions.
The LED oil finish is appreciated by the market because of the naturalness and softness it gives to natural wood as well as mechanical and chemical resistance.
The UV LED technology also allows you to use up to 60% less energy than traditional mercury UV lamps.
It does not require extraordinary maintenance: simple maintenance with products designed for parquet finished in oil.
The treated floor is protected, immediately walkable and has characteristics of: high cohesion, elasticity and good resistance to wear.
Points in favor of UV LED oil parquet compared to varnished parquet:
- Scratches are less visible: periodically cleaning with a product for oil floors hides scratches and renews the patina on the floor
- High resistance: the surface is not consumed: the parquet finished with UV LED oil is practically indestructible
- The oil finish gives a natural and warm look to the wood. The flooring becomes more beautiful over time
- Contains no harmful substances such as formaldehyde
- The product is suitable for green building.
