CYL-STATION WORLD NOVELTY
Photo Electronics has designed and manufactured the new CYL-STATION oven using its experience on UV LED technology, to respond to the need of instant drying of containers printed with semi-automatic screen printing machines.
The containers, with different shapes and sizes, are loaded onto the carriage by the operator, then automatically transferred to the curing chamber and polymerized with integrated DROLED UV LED lamps.
All the operational settings are managed by the touch screen where it’s possible to select different types of loads and different processing cycles, depending on the specific needs.
UV LED polymerization is compatible with the latest generation of UV inks, which replace solvent-based inks, with considerable advantages first of all environmental but also of qualitative yield.
Thanks to the combination of the semi-automatic silk-screen printing machine with the CYL-STATION oven, the printed and immediately dried product is ready to be packaged.
